I bookmarked the translators blog.<br /><br /> I was in contact many years ago with Helen Chaves who translated and disseminated the Zapatista documents. She was a professor at U of T-Austin at that time.<br /><br />I also shamelessly spammed at that time many usenet groups with them and was barred from one Winnipeg group.<br /><br />She still translates their documents. A remarkable woman who worked in the US Bolivian consulate during the time of the massacre of 10s of thousands of indigenous people which was facilitated by the US state department.
